People who have certain chronic diseases, like diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension, are at an increased risk of severe COVID-19 illness. Therefore, it is especially important to maintain good health during this pandemic. The Prince George’s County Health Department is taking registrations NOW for its latest round of Living Well Chronic Disease Self-Management Program classes. The classes are FREE and meet online every Thursday afternoon starting May 6th, 2021. The program is led by trained instructors who help you develop healthier lifestyles and make an action plan!
