The Rain Check Rebate Program allows property owners to receive rebates for installing Rain Check approved stormwater management practices. Homeowners, businesses and nonprofit entities (including housing cooperatives and churches) can recoup some of the costs of installing practices such as: cisterns, green roofs, rain barrels, rain gardens, trees or permeable pavement. Even the practice of removing pavement may qualify. Rebate amounts are determined by: type of practice, project costs and applicant type.
