As you know, bullying is one of the steps towards violent behavior, and it is critical that the culture of violence and bullying be stopped. Mayor William Euille, of Alexandria, VA has launched an "Anti-Bully" campaign in Alexandria, VA. This is part of a national Mayors Anti-Bully effort.
